The meet will be modified capital cup. Ages will be determined by the date of the meet for non-sanctioned gymnast’s and by state for the sanctioned gymnast’s.

Session One--All non-sanctioned competitors

9:30-10:00--Open Stretch

10:00-10:10--Line up and march in

10:15--Warm up and compete first event

Awards--1:15

Session Two--All sanctioned competitors

2:15-2:45-- Open Stretch

2:45-2:55--Line up and march in

3:00--Warm up and compete first event

Awards--7:45

*Admission for the meet will be $5 per adult and $3 per child 5-12 years, 4 and under free.

*Concessions will be available. A limited number of meet t-shirts will be available as well.
