  6. Can parents stay to watch?

Yes, they are more than welcome to stay. We ask that until the child is 6 years old, a parent always stays during class. Unless a parent is participating in the parent-child class, they are not permitted beyond the lobby area. There is spectator seating upstairs and we can accommodate handicap seating in lobby area.

  7. Is there a dress code?

Female gymnasts should wear leotards, have their hair put up prior to class and take off all jewelry before class. Male gymnasts should wear athletic shorts and t-shirts. Please notify the office you are attending for the first time. Fill out a registration form if you haven't already done so. The gymnast's belongings need to stay with the parent or go in a cubby hole upstairs. Then please wait in the lobby until your name or group is called by the instructor.

  14. If my child misses a class, how and when can I schedule a make-up class?

Make-ups are a privilege that we are happy to offer, however not a right of our customers. We will make every effort to help you find a make-up class, but they are subject to availability. Make-up classes must be scheduled within 30 days of the missed class. We do not issue refunds for any missed classes and missed make-ups cannot be rescheduled. If you are unable to do a make-up class, you can obtain an "Open Gym Pass" from the office. These passes do not expire.
